Our experts will prepare you to communicate your success across measures to your school community.
  • Demystifying Financial Statements | 3:25 pm – 4:40 pm
    • Do you dread the part of the board meeting when it is time to review and discuss the financial statements? You’re not alone! We will demystify the fundamentals of accounting and budgeting so that you are prepared to confidently engage in financial discussions. Attendees will understand how to read and analyze financial statements and budgets as well as learn what data is important to lenders.
